His career is defined by what most operators only aspire to: building brands from the ground up, scaling them into profitable operations, and successfully exiting through acquisition.

Erick combines deep operational expertise — kitchen systems, staffing, cost control, guest experience — with the strategic clarity required to turn a restaurant into a brand, and a brand into an asset. Every venture under 5EMC carries that same standard.
